Renovating houses is how Jeramy unwinds after a long week working hard for his clients — and that’s not just a cop-out. Jeramy has dedicated his life to helping his clients achieve their real estate goals.

Jeramy was raised in Kansas City with 2 siblings. Jeramy was taught at a young age that if you want something in life, you have to work for it. So that’s what he did. And he worked hard. (But that’s not to say he didn’t have fun along
the way.)

Jeramy got into the real estate industry in 2015 when he and his father, Danny Tipton, decided to turn their life long hobby of looking at houses into a business. He set out to gather as much information as possible about the Kansas City
Real Estate market, not only to help start his investment business but to help his clients better buy and sell their own homes.

As his career advanced, Jeramy found his stride working with the neighborhoods of South Kansas City. He’s an expert in finding real estate deals to be had in the Kansas City market and selling houses for top dollar.

Jeramy lives in Kansas City with his wife Sara, son Aspen and their 2 dogs Sprocket and Huckleberry. In addition to rehabbing houses, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing pool and disc golf.

Danny has been involved in the urban core of Kansas City, MO, for over 26 years in the education field serving students and families most recently at Hogan Prep Academy schools. Since retiring in 2018, he has become active with his son, Jeramy Tipton, in their real estate business, GT Home Solutions.

They see the neighborhoods in their former glory and how they can be brought back with a little attention. Jeramy and Danny are rebuilding Kansas City’s neighborhoods, one house at a time, from a complete rehab to helping others buy or sell their own home.
